Love knows no distance...or shame. Rightfully so! >ᴗ<

Back in the late 2000s, jejemon was a texting trend among the youngsters in the Philippines. Jejemons would turn a simple "hello po" to "eOw P0W$z", with randomized use of upper and lowercase letters, symbols, and numbers. What started as a texting trend quickly became its own subculture and influenced the way people dressed up and presented themselves. It was considered cringe and low class by mainstream, but so what? Seemed like people were just having fun!
