Do you ship to my country?
As I figure out my new business, I currently only ship to U.S. Domestic. But if you are outside of this region and would want to buy stuff, please reach out to me via Instagram @stuffbymaria or via email at maria@stuffbymaria.com. I'll see what I can do!
What is a preorder?
A preorder is sold before the item is available. This helps me figure out the demand for the item and how many to get manufactured. Please allow longer turnaround since I still have to get the items made, sorted, and shipped to you.
What's up with A-Grade, B-Grade, etc?
Sometimes manufactured goods or stuff I make at home do not come out the way I expected them to—these products are still fine though. Instead of throwing them away, I'd rather you enjoy them at a discounted price.
A-Grade = Maria-approved!
B-Grade = Imperfect, but still functional
C-Grade = Big oopsie, big discount
When will my order ship?
Orders will be packed within 1-7 days. As a new small business, I pack and ship the orders myself, so please be patient as I get to your goodies :)
When will I receive my order?
Your goodies should get to you within 1-2 weeks! Holidays and weather issues might affect expected delivery date, so please be patient.
Something's missing/I got extra stuff! What do I do?
I'm sorry! I double check orders when fulfilling, but sometimes things just slip. I know the agony of waiting for your goodies, so if something is missing please shoot me an email at maria@stuffbymaria.com and I will ship them to you ASAP.
If you received extra stuff you didn't order, no need to return them. Consider it a gift from me! :)
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you have issues with your order, let me know as soon as possible and I'll do my best to work with you to make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as I have not processed your order yet, you can reach out to me and I can cancel your order.
